What is all that noise on the roof?

Saturday night we were having fun playing Rock Band when all of the sudden there was a loud thump on our roof. Then lots of loud thumps on our roof, like someone was running across it. It was a little freaky. Kyle and the girls headed downstairs to see what was going on. I grabbed a flashlight and headed to Kaysen's room to shine the light out on the roof to see if I could see anything. Much to my surprise, this is what I found.....

I yelled down to Kyle and the girls, " We are getting TP'ed" and out the door they went in pursuit of the culprits. Kyle ran to the out garage, grabbed his spotlight and hid. The girls and I could see people running down the street. In a matter of minutes, they culprits started coming back. As soon as they climbed back over the fence, Kyle spotlighted them and yelled "YOUR BUSTED"! They took off running. Kylene dashed out the door and started chasing them. It turned out to be a bunch of kids from church and we all had a good laugh. One poor girl fell over the fence and gravel pile, Ky twisted her ankle flying down the stairs and Kyle pulled his hamstring chasing them. One boy hid on top of our camper and watched the whole thing. We invited them in for hot cocoa, continued to laugh and hear their other TP stories. It was a lot of fun. Kaysen was sad the next morning to find out he missed out on all of the excitement. He slept through the whole thing.
